About Us
Belle was the owner and creative force behind Belleissimo Cookies and has been a decorating cookies since March 2011, creating unique edible art with various mediums and textures.
She is Mum to her two daughters, Ruby & Lily and wife to her husband Mark and they live in a rural country town - Bathurst in NSW, Australia.
Stencibelle was born out of seeing a need for an Australian based supplier of cookie stencils for the ever growing decorated cookie market, offering fun and different designs.
Belle also teaches classes in stencilling ranging from beginners to advanced. Belle likes to offer fun and informative classes where she shares all her tips and tricks with her students.
You will notice that the stencil designs reflect Belles style of adding texture and interest to your edible creations. Her motto is to make the stencil less "stencil" looking.
Most stencils are designed by Belle herself, but on occasion when Belle finds a design she loves, she will make a stencil under a license arrangement.
Belle is proud to make each stencil herself using food contact safe Mylar, 0.5mil thick plastic.
You can use your stencils on cookies, cakes, cupcakes and
even crafts to create beautiful designs using your medium of choice.
Stencils are washable and reusable, but do take care as they can be delicate.
