Why Does the Price Change?
Orders are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). While your cart may show another currency that you chose from the drop down box, this is only a guideline. When your payment is processed by your credit card company or Paypal the currency will be converted from AUD to the currency that account is in.
Do you take custom orders?
No, at this time we are just too busy with all the regular orders to accommodate the time that custom orders need, we will update you in the future if this changes!
Are your stencils food safe?
All stencils are made with a food contact safe Mylar.
What airbrush system and airbrush colours do you use?
Belle uses a Dinky Doodle Airbrush system and Amerimist, Dinky Doodle and Chefmaster airbrush colours.
Do you sell the stencil genie? (Pink frame for the stencils)

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with the exception of a couple of countries. Please see our shipping tab for all the details. If your country is not listed, its probably because their are special requirements, with shipping from Australia to your country, please email us and we will be happy to work with you.
Why is my order taking longer than I expected?
Orders go out in the order they are received. During peak periods it may be between 3-5 days lead time before your order is processed and sent, also, stencibelle is based in Australia, average shipping time can be anywhere from 5-30 working days depending on the country you live in. Customs and other factors may also mean your parcel takes a bit longer. We do however try to get your stencils out as soon as we can to try and help this.
Where is my tracking number for my parcel?
Not all shipping methods come with tracking. If you chose the $3.50 Australia shipping rate or the $7.50 International shipping rate these options do not come with tracking.
In future use the Express Post option for Australia and the International Shipping option including tracking.
