Covid_19 Pandemic

WE ARE SEEING SIGNIFICANT SHIPPING DELAYS WORLDWIDE DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
Please be patient, shipping has been impacted like never before the world over and this means your parcel may take some time to reach you. On average Australia Post is getting the parcels to international destinations within 4 business days, the delays we are seeing are with the country based carriers. Please check with your local carrier if you are waiting on a parcel.

Want to track your order?? Please use our Track My Order page to track your order. You can also use your tracking number through your local shipping supplier (Eg USPS, UK Mail etc)

Processing Times:

Please note: We are closed on Wednesdays. Please take this into consideration when calculating processing times. We will respond to emails and enquiries in our regular business hours (stated below).

You can always find our current processing times on our home page. 

Processing times stated are BUSINESS DAYS (Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday, 9am - 5pm, Australia Eastern Standard Time. Our postal service does not operate Saturdays or Sundays or designated Public Holidays. 

Processing time is the estimated time it takes for us to ship your order, not how long it will take to get to you.

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are weight based and determined by our carrier - Australia Post. We do not profit from shipping prices.

Please note: All shipping rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD) 

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, with the exception of a small number of countries. If your country is not listed, it's probably because there are special requirements, with shipping from Australia to your country, please email us and we will be happy to work with you and perhaps find an alternative carrier like DHL.

General Shipping Information
Every effort is made to ensure your parcel reaches you in a timely manner and in good condition. Stencils are packed in clear cello bags with board backing cards and in rigid mailers bubbles mailers or boxes.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. 
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. stencibelle is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Why Does the Price Change?

Foreign Currency Conversion Explained

Orders are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) because we are based in Australia. If you choose a currency from our drop down menu THIS IS ONLY A GUIDELINE. When your payment is processed by your credit card company or Paypal the currency will be converted from AUD to the currency that account is in. For example, if your credit card is in United States Dollars (USD) and your total cart shows $100 AUD when the payment is processed you will pay approximately $72 USD (depending on the exchange rate of the day). The currency exchange rate is the rate at which one currency can be exchanged for another. Exchange rates fluctuate based on economic factors like inflation, industrial production and geopolitical events. Typically $1 USD will buy $0.72c AUD ( as at 20th Feb 2019).

WE DO NOT CHARGE MORE. If anything, if you are shopping in USD you get a 25%-30% 'foreign exchange discount'. (One AUD$7.00 stencil is about USD$5.00). For more information on how foreign currency exchange works please see HERE

*We are not responsible for the exchange rate nor any processing fees this may incur that are charged by your bank, credit card company or paypal.

Do you take custom orders?

No, at this time we are just too busy with all the regular orders to accommodate the time that custom orders need, we will update you in the future if this changes!

Are your stencils food safe?

All stencils are made with a food contact safe Mylar. *** Please note our Mylar is considered food contact safe in Australia and the USA. It is not however considered food contact safe in the UK or EU. Stencils sold to the countries are sold for arts and crafts purposes only and we take no responsibility if they are used on food in those countries. 

What airbrush system and airbrush colours do you use?

Belle uses a Dinky Doodle Airbrush or an Air Genie system and Raindow Dust, Dinky Doodle and Chefmaster airbrush colours.

Can I use my Stenci-points during a sale?

Unfortunately not, stenci-points can not be combined with any other offers or deals. We recommend using your stenci-points when there are no sales, they never expire!

Do you sell SVG files of your designs?

At this time we do not sell the files of our designs for you to cut at home. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product and don't feel by selling design files we can maintain this quality if customers were to do this at home, themselves.
