Stencibelle Shipping Updates
Two and half years into the global pandemic and we are still seeing delays in shipping both domestically and internationally. We have been told that this is the "new normal" and we also understand this is frustrating. Please be patient, plan ahead when ordering and know that we try to get your order out as fast as we can to help with this.
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery for domestic orders (Australia) and a minimum of 3 weeks delivery for international orders. Please keep in mind holidays (either in your country, our country or a country that parcel passes through), strikes, wars and other global factors could add to this time frame. It is not uncommon for some orders to take 30 days for delivery.
